Brayleigh the Dog needs a home

Brayleigh is a lovely, 1-2 year old lady who needs an extra special person to give her an extra special life. After abandonment and then winding up in a shelter, Brayleigh came to us deathly afraid of people, vibrating with fear. Since coming into rescue she has made a great deal of headway, but she will need dedicated patience and compassion. It will take her time to adjust and trust someone outside of her foster family, but an individual with a big heart and commitment can do just that. Brayleigh loves other dogs and they are a big part in helping her overcome her fears. She would do fantastic and come out of her shell even more with another well socialized dog that enjoyed playing, wrestling and running about, as well as snuggling. She loves having a canine best friend and would probably retreat without one (but no cats, please...she's not fond of cats). Brayleigh is house trained and does very well in a crate. She is affectionate and happy with her foster family, always expressing her love for them. If you want to really make a difference in a dog's life, then consider Brayleigh for your lifelong companion.
